About our Kathi!

Rev. Lockwood's interest in education, theology, and spiritual studies started early in her life. After earning her M.Ed, she began her daily meditation practice in her early 20’s.

As a young mother, she studied theology at Moravian Seminary, and in 2010, she became ordained as an interfaith minister at the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City. She continued participating in conferences and sharing her unique knowledge with others. As a spiritual explorer, Kathleen has had numerous mystical experiences. From observing balls of chi to receiving messages from loved ones who passed away, Kathleen is open to the signs for us all to see. She believes the Divine reveals itself to us through our life experiences.

During long car rides, Kathi often entertained her three young children, Trieste, Dominick, and Amelia, with Sammy, Cammy, and Little Lammy adventure tales.  Her children were fascinated by these stories and often begged for more.

Rewarded by their enthusiasm and faced with her son’s spiritual dilemma, Kathi published her first book in 1996, now retitled An Adoption Made in Heaven.  Cammy, Sammy and Lammy live on in A Christmas Eve Adventure.  Our new book The King and The Monster was written to help families struggling with addiction problems. Perhaps there will be more adventures to come?

In 2020, Kathleen decided it was time to share her wisdom with the rest of the world and founded The Heart Self Speaks Collective, a home for people to explore our human and Divine nature. She hopes other individuals will join her in this conversation and journey of exploration.

You can find her in the Pocono Mountains practicing yoga and sipping coffee with her dog, Monet, dutifully at her side.
